Call Centre Representative
Then after she worked as a Call Centre Representative. She worked there for six months. From there, she had a good understanding of how to operate and sharpened her skills in the field. Her responsibilities there include:
- Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner.
- Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service.
- Research needed information using available resources.
- Evaluate problems and complaints of the callers.
Teller
After working at CDC Cinema for a short period of time she then joined Shanu Enterprises in the post of the teller. A teller represents a bank's customers and is responsible for the precise and secure conduct of normal bank transactions. She is a hard-working employee. Her responsibilities were:
- Providing account services to customers.
- Assisting with deposits, loan payments, cheque cashing, and withdrawals.
- Recording and processing night and mail deposits.
- Selling traveller's cheques & series e-bonds.
CDC Cinema Box Office Cashier
She then returned to Nepal and began working as a cashier at the Box Office. She used to be in charge of ticket pricing, sales, and order fulfilment. She used to organize and handle the box office's schedules and subscriptions. She was also in charge of greeting customers and aiding them with their requirements.
Customer Service Representative | Reception Up Gaming Centre
She began her career with 1Up Gaming Centre situated in Doha as a Customer Service Representative | Reception Up Gaming Centre. She worked there for One and a half years. From there, she had a good understanding of how office management works. Her responsibilities included:
- Interacting with customers for their best experience.
- Monitoring customers against gaming regulations or casino policies.
- Enforcing safety rules and reporting hazards.
- Explaining to customers the correct procedure to play games.
- Informing the supervisor or security about any irregularities observed.
Education
Bachelor In Business Studies
Now she is currently studying at Siddhartha Vanasthali Campus for a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies. She is sharpening her leadership quality and client-handling skills. She is also involved with a different project at her college. She was selected among a few other participants from her college itself for the project.

She joined Swarnim Sagarmatha College to pursue her secondary education. Her main subject was Business Studies. She is a creative-minded person and her impressive skill is that she can instantly make a connection with anyone and which helps marketing.
